Memorial route

The Ursulines Museum is proud to unveil its commemorative project, highlighting the 325 years of occupation of the convent site by the Ursulines of Trois-Rivières! On this commemorative trail, you will discover 3 interactive panels which, using transparent renderings and 3D modeling, bring to life a part of Ursuline history, artifacts found during archaeological excavations and ancient buildings such as as: the old laundry and bakery, the “insane” lodges and the farm buildings. Buildings that no longer exist today.

This project was made possible thanks to the awarding of a grant from the Ministry of Culture and Communications of Quebec as part of the call for projects to support commemoration initiatives.
